Senior Manager, Presales (EPM) – Northern Europe

Presales is a key role in achieving our ambition, and we have a great opportunity for an ambitious, accountable, strategic thinking leader to lead our Solution Consulting (Presales) team in Northern Europe (UK&I and Nordics) region. You’ll proactively contribute to the overall success and growth of the region and be an integral member of the Northern Europe GTM and the EMEA Presales leadership teams. We’ll look for you to provide the direction necessary to maximise performance within the region and strategise organising and aligning the team to meet regional needs while mastering to balance the other needs of the department.

You will be a 1st line leader and manage a team of up to 10 individuals, covering the UKI and Nordics region. We embrace and respect diverse perspectives, aren’t afraid to push the boundaries and try new ideas and are passionate about helping our customers and each other to succeed.

Your Impact 

  • Create and execute comprehensive regional strategy for Solution Consulting team
  • Create and operate a departmental vision that aligns with the EMEA & corporate strategy
  • Drive Operational Excellence. Act as a change agent to transform the Northern Europe Solution Consulting team aligned with the transformation of the Sales and wider GTM organisation. Achieve this through adoption and mastery of the new Sales Blueprint. Specifically, the phases of the Sales Blueprint led by Solution Consultants. Actively participate in deals from engagement strategies to in the moment coaching opportunities for the team.
  • Drive Agile Execution & Strategic Focus. You will be a business partner to several regional sales teams. Proactively, engage to align and manage allocation of Presales resources. Improvise and pivot engagement strategies to increase win rates and drive positive momentum.
  • Build a High Performing Team with High Readiness Talent in All Key Roles. Hire, onboard, develop, retain and define the career paths to meet the short and long-term profiles of talent required developing a pipeline of candidates along the way
  • Engage Clients & Partners -  demonstrate direct impact on  Northern Europe business by building credibility and trust to engage with key stakeholders at target customers and partners (including strategic GSIs)
  • Be an Active Leader. Operate as a business partner to Sales and be an active contributor to the senior leadership team helping grow business through leading region wide initiatives beyond the specific scope of Presales.
  • Meet or exceed departmental targets while assisting other departments in reaching theirs

Your Qualifications

  • Hand on knowledge and experience of SaaS application and in specific EPM/CPM based technologies and applications
  • Demonstrable management experience managing team of Presales individual contributors and working across multiple sales stakeholders
  • Experience of managing UK&I regional team
  • Demonstrated experience in leading change
  • Ability to both lead and execute
