We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our Product Launch team, reporting to the VP of Product Launch. You’ll work closely with our partner ecosystem and internal teams to bring products to market with maximum impact.

Your Impact

  • Lead and manage multiple product launches for partner-built applications, ensuring clear schedules, alignment, and execution across teams.
  • Shape and adapt the launch process for both partner apps and our Application Framework platform.
  • For all product launches, craft strategic partner enablement plans and ensure that the elements are created and shared with partners in a timely fashion while driving the right outcomes – partners who are well prepared to sell and implement the product 
  • Drive adoption of best practices, identifying and implementing process improvements to maximize product revenue and adoption.

Your Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a TPM (Technical Program Manager) or similar role at a software company is essential.
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Skilled at breaking down tasks, managing dependencies, and maintaining momentum.
  • Precise, detail-oriented, and effective at running structured, outcome-focused meetings.
  • Strong change agent with the ability to influence, build relationships, and drive alignment with senior leaders and peers.
  • Knowledge of the full product and go-to-market lifecycle.
  • Rigorous in process creation and change management.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience evaluating, curating and designing state of the art and scalable  enablement and assets.
  • Background working in a partner ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, or Wrike.
  • Product management mindset with an outcome-oriented, agile approach.
  • Strong problem-solving with focus on root cause analysis.
  • Experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS.
