The Services Operations team plays a critical role in ensuring every service is a Job Done Well by driving strategy, running operational experiments, and scaling key initiatives that improve outcomes for both homeowners and pros. We thrive on solving complex challenges and partner closely across legal, product, analytics, care, sales, and data science to deliver thoughtful solutions that deliver high-quality experiences on our platform. About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of a fast-growing team at Angi. The Senior Analyst of Operations will work directly with the Senior Manager of Services Operations driving initiatives that enhance the trust and safety of our marketplace. You’ll combine data-driven investigation with operational rigor to identify emerging risks, devise strategy, build frameworks, structure solutions, manage projects, and drive results in some of the most critical areas of the business.
In this role, you will own and support high-impact marketplace integrity strategic priorities to minimize lost revenue and uphold platform integrity. We’re looking for a proactive, analytical operator who thrives in ambiguity and brings strategic insight, hands-on execution and project management to accelerate Angi’s growth and ensure our customers and pros have the best possible experience.
What you’ll do
- Independently own key strategic initiatives (and critical work streams within it) from initial concept through execution and success measurement to minimize lost revenue and raise the bar on platform integrity at Angi Services.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to steer quantitative and qualitative efforts into financial and operational drivers to prevent losses associated with fraud, disputes, claims, and payment issues.
- Build clear and concise, data-driven presentations that summarize findings and lead to clear recommendations.
- Deeply understand customer needs and use data and customer insights to reduce losses and negative experiences.
- Monitor, track, and report on patterns of suspicious user activities, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement of fraud processes.
- Serve as a thought leader and operational driver within one of Angi’s highest priorities.
Who you are
- 2+ years of experience in fraud, payments, strategy, operations, management consulting, investment banking, or a fast-growing technology environment
- Strong project manager with a track record of driving operational excellence, independently managing projects end-to-end and optimizing performance through effective monitoring
- Analytically rigorous and are skilled at synthesizing complex data into actionable recommendations - proficiency in modeling, basic SQL is a plus
- First class communication skills
- Strong bias for action and able to balance attention to detail, ethical judgement and swift execution
- Thrive within ambiguity and find new, creative ways to solve problems every day, with data as your guide.
- Team player that collaborates and influences effectively with cross-functional team members across the organization
- Interest in Angi, home services, or marketplaces a plus

Compensation & Benefits
- The salary band for this position ranges from $90,000 - $115,000 commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
- This position will be eligible for a competitive year end performance bonus & equity package.
