Position Summary

The IT Manager will provide support for the Angitia US Team and collaborate closely with the global IT operations team in China.  This role will be responsible for safeguarding the Company’s proprietary information, mitigating risks, and managing overall technologies, systems, software, applications, and licenses.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively interfaces with all departments to gain a thorough understanding of the business requirements and needs related to technologies
  • Analyze technology requirements across all departments and assist in the development of functional specifications; conduct comparative analysis and competitive bidding as required
  • Evaluate and implement internal and external safeguards to mitigate cybersecurity risks
  • Responsible for troubleshooting laptops, networks, software applications, printers, video conferencing and AV equipment, and other technologies both remotely and onsite
  • Manage network operations, including troubleshooting connectivity issues, adding and removing users, assigning rights and security access, etc.
  • Track and manage inventory and computing and networking resources issued by the Company
  • Oversee the Company’s WAN across multiple locations/countries
  • Maintain cloud and onsite data storage repositories that satisfy regulatory compliance requirements related to access, retention, and backup
  • Administer VPN configuration technology to ensure timely access and resolution of issues for all remote users
  • Administer and manage subscription-based applications and licenses, including BOX, Zoom, DocuSign, Survey Monkey, Smartsheet, Adobe, etc.
  • Ensures compliance with all software licensing agreements
  • Performs routine upgrades and preventative maintenance on hardware and software
  • Presents and implements technology alternatives to improve overall IT performance and security
  • Develops and maintains technology policies and procedures
  • Coordinate and interface with technology consultants and vendors
  • Assess office technology setup and implement improvements as needed
  • Develop and manage a helpdesk system, ensuring timely responses to support tickets
  • Onboard new employees including account setup, purchasing equipment, and configuring access to appropriate resources and systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of related professional experience
  • Experience working in a startup or rapidly changing environment
  • Excellent customer service and willingness to help others in a timely, accurate and courteous manner
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Understanding of industry specific data management and analysis tools/software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Advanced Proficiency with both Microsoft and iOS operating systems
  • Familiarity with firewall security and wireless networking solutions

 

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000
