PR & Social Media Coordinator

ANINE BING is looking for a Social Media Coordinator to join our Brand Marketing team based in Los Angeles.

This role is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the world of fashion and digital storytelling. As a key member of our Los Angeles HQ team, the PR & Social Media Coordinator will support both the execution of our social media strategy and our broader communications efforts across influencer, PR, and content logistics, helping to bring the ANINE BING brand to life online and offline.

We’re looking for someone who is passionate about fashion, organized, and eager to grow in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and excited to contribute creatively while building a strong foundation in brand marketing.

This role reports to the Brand Marketing & Influencer Relations Manager and is based at our Los Angeles HQ, with a preference for in-person work.  

Responsibilities Include: 

  • Assist with posting daily content on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and Facebook (@AnineBingOfficial)
  • Help maintain the social media calendar and support cross-functional content planning with the Creative team
  • Provide light support in community management, including inbox monitoring and basic responses
  • Track performance and assist with compiling weekly and monthly social media reports
  • Coordinate U.S. PR send-outs and gifting, including shipments, tracking, and messenger logistics with LA-based styling agencies
  • Organize and maintain seasonal samples, showroom inventory, and manage sample returns—including 5th floor sample room
  • Pack, label, and manage logistics for PR sample shipments and internal sample sale prep
  • Maintain and update media, influencer, and VIP contact lists; help monitor coverage and contribute to campaign reporting

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in Social Media with a relevant brand in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or at a creative or marketing agency is required 
  • Familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, YouTube)
  • Comfortable with organizing logistics, shipping, and hands-on sample coordination
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar); experience with social or PR tools a plus (e.g., Dash Hudson, Launchmetrics, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, dependable, and eager to learn

The target compensation for this role is between $50,000-$65,000.
