About the Opportunity
AnthroMed Education is partnering with a close-knit school community to welcome a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026–2027 school year! The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, adaptable, and excited about growing alongside the school community. You’ll have the opportunity to support students across Pre-K through 8th grade, including providing services and evaluations within Pre-K classrooms.
What You’ll Do
- Provide speech and language therapy services to students in Pre-K through 8th grade
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Develop and contribute to IEP goals and recommendations
- Support students with primarily minimal to moderate communication needs
- Provide services and evaluations within Pre-K classrooms
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Help contribute to an innovative and collaborative school environment
Caseload Details
- Pre-K through 8th grade student population
- Support services and evaluations within Pre-K classrooms
- Experience working with younger students is preferred
- Primarily general education students and students with minimal to moderate communication disorders
- No specialized programs
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathology License (IDFPR)
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Experience working with Pre-K students is preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
