About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our User Experience Foundations team. This is a high-impact role for a skilled product leader who is passionate about usability, systems thinking, and platform-scale design excellence.

In this role, you’ll own a set of core features in depth, admin settings, and platform-level UX surfaces. At the same time, you'll wield broad influence across the horizontal user experience, leading the strategy, architecture, and adoption of Apollo’s design system and foundational UI components. Your work will shape how every user interacts with Apollo, ensuring our platform feels cohesive, intuitive, and efficient at every touchpoint. You’ll collaborate deeply with design, engineering, and product teams across the company to raise the bar for interaction quality, consistency, and user satisfaction, turning complex B2B workflows into seamless product experiences.

What You’ll Do

  • Define Vision and Strategy: Own and execute the roadmap for UX Foundations, ensuring tight alignment with Apollo’s broader goals of delivering a world-class product experience.
  • Drive Evidence-Based Development: Use qualitative research and quantitative data to uncover usability pain points and guide decision-making grounded in user insights.
  • Champion Usability: Be the voice of the user, prioritizing simplicity, clarity, and ease-of-use across every layer of the platform, including high-leverage admin and settings experiences.
  • Establish Core Patterns: Work closely with design partners to evolve Apollo’s design system and reusable UI patterns, enabling product teams to build with speed and quality.
  • Lead Cross-Team Initiatives: Drive strategic usability programs that span multiple product surfaces, aligning teams, tools, and practices to improve consistency and interaction quality.
  • Own Metrics and Outcomes: Define and track key performance indicators related to usability, design system adoption, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate for Impact: Foster strong cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, and other product teams to ensure consistent, scalable implementation.
  • Deliver Immediate and Lasting Value: Balance short-term wins with long-term investments, laying a durable foundation for scalable product growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced Senior PM: You bring product leadership and exceptional communication skills. You’ve successfully owned complex product areas and delivered measurable outcomes.
  • Cross-Team Influence: You’ve led cross-functional, multi-team initiatives that improved platform-wide usability and enhanced customer satisfaction at scale.
  • Usability-First Mindset: You’ve made it your mission to remove friction for users—consistently delivering intuitive, streamlined experiences in sophisticated software environments.
  • Design System Partner: You’ve worked closely with design on evolving and scaling UI systems, patterns, and tooling that power product consistency and efficiency.
  • Admin Experience (Preferred): You’ve worked on internal-facing configuration, permissions, or team-wide settings systems that enable flexibility, control, and onboarding at scale.
  • Strategic Ownership: You can set your own roadmap while influencing others, aligning stakeholders, and navigating organizational complexity with clarity and purpose.
  • Customer-Centric: You start with customer problems, not solutions. You actively seek feedback, dive deep into user behavior, and prioritize user impact.
  • Enterprise Product Experience: You’ve worked in complex domains such as GTM, sales tech, or marketing automation—understanding the nuance and detail required in B2B SaaS.

Your Superpowers

  • Design & Product Intuition: You have a sharp eye for what makes a product feel polished, purposeful, and easy to use. Your judgment around aesthetics and usability is impeccable.
  • Systems Thinking: You understand how platform components interact and design for reusability, scalability, and architectural integrity.
  • The Great Simplifier: You turn complex workflows into simple, elegant solutions—and communicate them just as clearly to teams and stakeholders.
  • Proactive Operator: You don’t wait for permission. You identify opportunities, rally teams, and deliver impact proactively.
  • Platform-Scale Leader: You unify product experiences across surfaces by aligning stakeholders, establishing common goals, and delivering cohesive solutions that scale.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
