About the role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Specialist based in Paris who’s excited to help users succeed and take ownership in a global, fast-paced environment. You’ll join a passionate team, support users via chat and email, and ensure every customer gets maximum value from AdCreative.ai.
Responsibilities
- Deliver friendly, fast, and helpful support via chat and email
- Troubleshoot user issues and guide them through features
- Help customers get the best results and ROI with AdCreative.ai
- Track and prioritize customer feedback to improve the product
- Be the voice of the customer—collaborate with product and tech teams
- Contribute to our help center and internal documentation
- Join weekly team meetings, brainstorms, and knowledge sessions
About you
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, proactive mindset
- Self-starter who works well independently and takes initiative
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A problem-solver who enjoys figuring things out
Nice to Haves
- Experience in customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with Intercom, Zendesk, or other CRMs
- An interest or background in marketing, SaaS, or design tools
