About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to support the finance operations of our French subsidiary. This role will be key in ensuring local compliance with French accounting and tax regulations, while aligning with the Group’s global financial policies. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of collaborating with internal teams and external advisors in a cross-cultural environment. 

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities for the French subsidiary, including expense processing and general ledger maintenance. 
• Collaborate with local French accountants and tax advisors to ensure compliance with French GAAP and statutory requirements. 
• Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end closings, including support on revenue recognition and collection activities. 
• Support the implementation and adherence to Group financial policies within the French entity. 
• Liaise with local banks to support subsidiary-level banking operations and documentation. 
• Provide support during audits and regulatory filings as needed.

About you

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in accounting or finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of French GAAP; familiarity with IFRS is a plus. 
• Fluent in English and French (spoken and written). 
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage. 
• Experience working with cross-functional and cross-border teams preferred.
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently as part of a global team
