  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
    • Deliver regular, detailed reports on partner-driven pipeline generation, sales performance, and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Use data and insights to adjust strategies, address challenges, and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

What We’re Looking For in a Candidate:

  • Experience and Expertise:
    • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, partner sales, or technical roles, with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and partner ecosystems.
    • Demonstrated success in scaling partner-led and partner co-sell motions to drive revenue growth.
    • Familiarity with the Cisco partner network and experience working with Security Resellers is a plus.

  • Leadership and Relationship Building:
    • Proven ability to establish and nurture executive-level relationships with partners, acting as a trusted advisor.
    • Exceptional collaboration skills, with a bias for action and the ability to align internal teams and external stakeholders around common objectives.

  • Skills and Attributes:
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging audiences at all levels, including C-suite executives.
    • Advanced problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking, coupled with intellectual curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
