Manager / Senior Analyst - Professional Services Account Management

Arcesium seeks a talented Program Manager to join its Professional Services Account Management team. This person will work directly with Arcesium’s large, complex, marquee clients and spearhead Arcesium’s Professional Services programs delivery. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, this person should have strong talent for project coordination and delegation. The program manager should be motivated by a desire to optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion.
What You will do:
- Manage Professional Services programs from inception to completion via execution of project tasks.
- Oversee creation of deliverables for multiple projects across a distributed cross-functional teams internally and with clients
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new projects/ initiatives.
- Manage solution crystallization to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Manage interdependencies of each Professional Service project with our client onboarding initiatives
- Supervise project scope and administer change management processes.
- Manage budget and funding channels for maximum productivity.
- Manage risks pre-emptively using internal metrics to drive projects forward.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop messaging to senior stakeholders. • Manage client escalations / help triage and coordinate with different teams.
- Build and nurture relationships, and foster trust with external stakeholders.
- Manage internal stakeholders and drive internal teams in process-oriented problem solving to agree optimal solutions. • Build and maintain the program management toolkit to achieve efficiencies and scalability.
- Ensure that the developed solutions align with project objectives and are the best fit for the identified needs.
- Drive process efficiencies, and track benefits of implemented solutions (where applicable) • Recommend improvements to support growth and other internal goals.
What You will need:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in client-facing roles requiring a high degree on consultative and solutioning skills.
- This individual must be an organized, process-oriented problem-solver who can multi-task and manage competing interests.
- Proficiency with project governance and experience in delivering successful client solutions is a must.
- Experience and domain knowledge of any of the functions in investment operations like Accounting, Middle office and Treasury is preferable.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills are mandatory. Experience in data modeling is a plus.
- Demonstrable ability to manage expectations and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including key executives including C-suite level.
- Strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to present to and persuade senior staff to engage with key initiatives and process improvements.
- Thriving in a fast paced, deadline-driven team environment, while having a “roll up your sleeves” attitude is critical.
- While an understanding of software development processes is preferred, passion and aptitude for process-driven execution is a must.
