Manager - HEOR
A dynamic and proactive professional with broad experience in HEOR, either in a pharmaceuticals company or in a consulting/vendor organization. Should have demonstrated the ability to offer advanced business solutions in the Health Economics and Outcomes Research domain. Strong business & client orientation.
Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s/master’s degree in any relevant field including economics, health economics, engineering or statistics.
Typical Experience
- 4-8 years, in one or more of Pharmacoeconomic modeling – Cost-effectiveness, Cost-benefit, Cost-minimization, Budget impact etc
- HTA preparation and/or submission
- Comparative effectiveness
- Pricing, reimbursement and market access
Skill and Expertise
- The ability to provide integrated value driven insights, solutions and strategic guidance
- Project management skills
- Structure proposals
- Excellent, communication skills-both written and verbal to engage in discussions with clients, both prior to receiving and during execution of a project
- Ability to multi-task, work in a demanding global team environment, work under tight deadlines
- Expertise in varied therapeutic areas
