We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Step One Early Intervention team and In-Home Therapy team. In this role, you’ll manage front-line communication, ensure accurate and timely data entry, and process documentation and evaluations. What You’ll Do:
- Manage incoming calls, including referrals, client inquiries, initial intake, scheduling, and gathering insurance information.
- Perform accurate data entry for referrals, intake, evaluations, and Individualize Family Service Plans across multiple electronic data platforms.
- Monitor and communicate insurance eligibility and authorization updates in collaboration with billing, intake, and clinical teams.
- Maintain timely, accurate filing and scanning of all clients clinical and legal documentation.
What You Will Bring:
- 1-2 years of office experience
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of insurance requirements
- Computer literacy and adaptability; ability to learn the TBR and DPH Client Systems
- Understanding of filing system
- Be detailed oriented and well organized
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to gain a solid understanding of the program’s mission and services
Compensation is based on candidate experience, qualifications, and certifications and licenses. Annual ranges listed are based on a full-time, 40 hours per week position.
Salary Range
$22.40 - $25.25 USD
