As a Revenue Insights Manager, you will be responsible for delivering critical insights and analysis to support revenue growth, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making across the organization. Your primary focus will be to own the standardization of all key reports so that we are aligned across the company. This role will ensure leadership has accurate, actionable data to drive business decisions, optimize sales performance, and track key revenue metrics. 

You will also build and automate reporting for pipeline reviews, forecasting accuracy, campaign ROI, and board-level dashboards. This role requires collaborating closely with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless flow of data and reporting across the revenue engine. By supporting QBRs, board meetings, and ad hoc analyses, you will play a key role in identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform strategic plans. 

The right candidate will have a strong track record of accurate sales forecasting, capacity planning, pipeline analysis, and commission reporting. 

This role demands strong analytical and technical skills, particularly in Salesforce reporting, data visualization, and forecasting. You will serve as the backbone for performance reporting and revenue analytics, ensuring leadership has the tools and visibility needed to meet and exceed company goals. Your insights will help streamline processes, improve forecasting accuracy, and ultimately accelerate growth for the business.  

 

What You'll Do: 

Reporting & Dashboard Automation 

  • Automate reporting and dashboard creation to deliver actionable insights for sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders. 
  • Build custom Salesforce dashboards to highlight performance metrics, revenue trends, and pipeline velocity.  
  • Own locked-down reporting, ensuring alignment and accuracy. 

Revenue Insights & Forecasting Support 

  • Develop and maintain accurate sales and revenue forecasting models to provide real-time insights into pipeline health, ARR/MRR trends, and sales team performance. 
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to refine forecast processes and improve accuracy by analyzing historical data and pipeline progression. 
  • Support capacity planning efforts by analyzing rep performance, pipeline coverage, and revenue achievement. 

Pipeline & Funnel Insights 

  • Review and maintain Opportunity and pipeline data to ensure accuracy for monthly and quarterly reporting. 
  • Provide insights into opportunity health, deal cycle length, and conversion rates to identify areas for process improvement. 
  • Support pipeline review meetings by generating dashboards that highlight key metrics and trends. 
  • Provide full-funnel visibility by analyzing lead-to-revenue metrics and identifying opportunities for improvement. 
  • Collaborate with Marketing Ops to build campaign ROI reports that inform future demand generation strategies. 

Strategic Reporting & Ad Hoc Analysis 

  • Build and automate dashboards and reports for QBRs, board meetings, and other strategic reviews. 
  • Deliver insights into ARR/MRR trends, churn, upsell opportunities, and other key business metrics. 
  • Provide ad hoc analysis for leadership to address evolving business needs and drive strategic initiatives.  

Cross-Functional Collaboration 

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment on revenue metrics and reporting standards. 
  • Work closely with the Sales Ops Project Manager and Data Steward to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems. 
  • Support RevOps leadership in tracking progress toward company revenue goals and initiatives. 

 

Who You Are: 

  • 3–5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics roles. 
  • Advanced Salesforce expertise, including pipeline management, reporting, and dashboards. 
  • Preferred: Experience in SaaS or a B2B software environment. 
  • Proven ability to manage and improve pipeline health and forecasting accuracy. 
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a passion for leveraging data to drive business decisions. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally. 
  • Advanced skills in Salesforce reporting and analytics. 
  • Proven ability to manage pipeline and forecasting data with a high degree of accuracy. 
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales performance and compensation analytics. 
  • Strong ability to synthesize data into actionable insights for sales and leadership teams.

We have a distributed team that works remotely across locations in the United States. We are open to candidates from most states but collaboration within core working hours is required.
