Business Systems Analyst – GTM and Salesforce

What's the Opportunity:

 

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst – GTM and Salesforce to serve as the operational bridge between the Revenue Systems Architect and all key stakeholder teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, excels at streamlining processes, and enjoys partnering with teams to improve how Salesforce and other GTM systems are used day to day. You’ll take ownership of frontline support, backlog execution, sprint hygiene, documentation, and change management — while also handling core Salesforce admin responsibilities. 

You’ll work closely with developers, vendors, and business users to ensure stories are delivered on time, tested properly, and clearly communicated to the business — including ownership of sprint release notes.

Salesforce Administration & Flow Development 

  • Build and maintain record-triggered and scheduled Flows with scalable, error-handled logic 
  • Replace legacy Process Builder and Workflow Rules with modern flow-based automation 
  • Configure and maintain page layouts, validation rules, formulas, permission sets, and object relationships 
  • Support CPQ workflows by managing Nue product bundles, pricing rules, approvals, and validations 
  • Maintain Field Service Lightning setup including work types, scheduling, and technician resources 

Sprint & Backlog Execution 

  • Manage sprint board in Jira, ensure tickets are well-formed and prioritized 
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives 
  • Own coordination of user acceptance testing and final sign-off 
  • Publish clear and concise sprint release notes at the end of every cycle 

Documentation & Change Management 

  • Maintain system documentation, user guides, and SOPs for all changes 
  • Ensure sandbox testing, impact analysis, and structured deployments are followed 
  • Provide training and knowledge support to end-users during change rollouts 

Data Stewardship & GTM Team Support 

  • Ensure accuracy of Opportunities, Orders, Leads, Contacts, and Accounts 
  • Monitor and enforce data hygiene practices, deduplication, and validation 
  • Support enablement through workflow automation, reporting, and CRM process refinement 
  • Collaborate across Sales, CS, Marketing Ops, and RevOps to close system gaps 

Integration & Sync Management 

  • Troubleshoot and maintain field mappings and sync logic across ZoomInfo, Outreach, HubSpot, RingLead, Vitally, and others 
  • Partner with vendors and developers to ensure seamless integration of tools across GTM stack

 

Qualifications:

  • 4+ year's experience in Salesforce administration and GTM systems 
  • Strong expertise in building Salesforce Flows, formulas, and field logic 
  • Comfortable managing backlog and sprint ceremonies using Jira or similar tools 
  • Experience creating documentation, SOPs, and release notes for end-user clarity 
  • Deep understanding of CRM data governance and sales/marketing workflows 
  • Clear communicator who bridges technical and non-technical teams 
  • Enjoys problem-solving, collaboration, and helping business teams succeed 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification 
  • Hands-on experience in Flow consolidation and scalable architecture 
  • Experience supporting tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, RingLead, HubSpot 
  • Familiarity with sprint cadences and agile practices 
  • Exposure to CPQ systems like Nue, and knowledge of pricing/quoting workflows 
  • Experience with integration tools such as Zapier, Workato, or Boomi
