The Director of Enterprise Applications is responsible for the management, optimization, and strategic oversight of Microsoft Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, with a primary focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Dynamics GP. This role partners closely with business leaders to ensure enterprise applications effectively support business operations, integrate seamlessly with other systems, and deliver measurable value.

What You’ll Do:

Microsoft SaaS & Dynamics Application Management

  • Lead the day-to-day management and performance of Microsoft SaaS applications, including Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics GP
  • Ensure applications are current, optimized, secure, and aligned with business requirements
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and resolve operational challenges
  • Coordinate application updates, patches, and enhancements with minimal business disruption

System Integration & Customization

  • Oversee the integration of Dynamics 365 CRM and Dynamics GP with enterprise systems such as ERP, HR, and Finance
  • Partner with internal teams and third-party vendors to design and implement system customizations
  • Lead data migrations, upgrades, and system enhancements, ensuring data accuracy and operational continuity

User Support & Training

  • Provide leadership for user support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution across enterprise applications
  • Develop and deliver end-user training to drive adoption and improve user experience
  • Create and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials

Vendor & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage relationships with Microsoft and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for system improvement and innovation
  • Translate business needs into technical solutions and roadmap initiatives

Security & Compliance

  • Ensure applications comply with company policies, security standards, and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR)
  • Manage user access controls and data security protocols
  • Coordinate regular system audits and security assessments

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay current with Microsoft SaaS updates, features, and emerging technologies
  • Evaluate new tools, modules, and enhancements to improve business processes
  • Drive process improvements and best practices across enterprise application usage

Performance & Reporting

  • Define and track KPIs related to system performance, reliability, and user satisfaction
  • Deliver regular performance reports and insights to senior leadership
  • Proactively identify and address risks or performance issues

What You’ll Bring:

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and hands-on experience
  • Experience in a helpdesk or application support role with strong customer service skills
  • Must be able to comply with the U.S. Export Control Laws

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Proven experience managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Dynamics GP
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) and Dynamics GP (Financials, Payroll, Inventory)
  • Experience with system integration, data migration, and application customization.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and reporting/query tools
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., Dynamics 365 Fundamentals, Finance & Operations)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based infrastructure
  • Familiarity with ITIL or IT service management frameworks
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Power BI reporting and data visualization experience

Salary & Benefits

  • The pay for this position has a base salary of $155,000-$170,000. The actual pay will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
  • In addition to highly employer-subsidized medical, dental, and vision plans, Astro Pak offers competitive retirement savings and 401k plans, flexible spending, family leave, training and paid time off.
