Position Overview

ATLAS SP is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Procurement/Vendor Management team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the firm’s operational efficiency, cost management, and risk mitigation by centrally overseeing vendor relationships and procurement processes. The successful candidate will drive day-to-day management of third party onboarding, diligence, vendor negotiations, internal coordination and cost management. This position involves cross-functional collaboration with teams such as Business Management, Origination/Trading Desks, Legal, Finance, and Technology, and offers the opportunity to contribute to strategic initiatives that enhance procurement workflows and vendor governance. The role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to make a meaningful impact across the organization.

Responsibilities

· Maintain and update vendor profiles, including new vendor registration, renewals, and offboarding processes

· Serve as a liaison between business leads, legal counsel, and executive leadership to facilitate vendor-related decisions

· Ensure timelines for new vendor engagements are aligned with expected deadlines

· Create and track purchase orders, collaborating closely with Strategic Finance and Accounting

· Analyze third-party costs and provide reporting to support budgeting and cost optimization efforts

· Provide premier support services to both internal and external stakeholders / vendors

· Maintain dashboards and reports to track procurement metrics and vendor performance

· Lead initiatives that streamline operational capabilities, create process efficiencies, enhance the internal stakeholder experience and reduce operational risks

Qualification and Experience

· 3-5 years of Business Management, Procurement, Sourcing, or Vendor Management with experience in financial services

· Organized and self-motivated with the ability to work well independently as well as collaboratively

· Strong executive presence, comfortable communicating with C-Suite executives

· Familiarity with legal contracts

· Possess strong financial acumen and analytical skills

· Excellent oral and written communication skills

· Motivated, enthusiastic, hard-working

· Demonstrated confidence, maturity, and proactive nature

· Eagerness to learn and take on responsibility

· Strong project management skills with exceptional attention to detail

· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

Base Salary Range

$100,000 - $175,000

The base salary range for this position is listed above. This position is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and Firm performance. Compensation ranges are based on several factors including job function, level, and geographic location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed here.
