We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to join our Legal Operations team, supporting our global Employment Law function. This role is ideal for a collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of legal processes from start to finish. Reporting to the Employment Law Coordinator, you will play a key role in streamlining workflows, managing documentation lifecycles, and driving operational excellence across employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and edit legal documents for accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure timely completion of global signature process (wet ink and digital).
  • Conduct factual research and compile findings.
  • Organize, analyze, and summarize legal information.
  • Draft and prepare written reports and legal documents.
  • Maintain and manage databases, files, and case tracking systems.
  • Support employment-related documentation processes, including translations, courier arrangements, and coordination with service providers.

About You

  • 2–3 years of experience in a legal administrative or paralegal role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, DocuSign and related applications.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of Human Resources practices is preferred.
  • Experience as a paralegal or legal assistant is a strong asset.
  • Flexibility to support global clients across different time zones.
