Job Description
We are looking for a ERP IT Implementation Lead to join our team to provide top level business services for our Higher Education clients. You will be a key player in delivering cutting edge ERP technical solutions for universities by replacing their legacy Finance and HCM systems. The professional will have the opportunity to interface with high level leaders across the organization. Job Responsibilities
- Accountable for and lead the Technical workstream
- Lead and manage the Integration, Report, and Data Conversion and Security workstreams
- Development and maintenance of the technical workstream project plan
- Collaborate with the SI Technical Lead, and the Integration, Reports, Data Conversion, and Security leads
- Develop and present routine status updates to project and client leadership
- Assist in the management and mitigation of technical and program risks
- Identify, document, manage and resolve technical issues and escalate, as appropriate
- Gather input and recommendations from the broader technical team and validate to support program decision making process
- Serve as the escalation point for technical RAID items (Risks Actions Issues Decisions)
- Collaborate with the SI Technical Lead to plan for, lead and facilitate technical status meetings
- Serve as team leader; facilitate communication of technical team across vendors and clients
- Collaborate with cross functional and technical teams
- Support organizational change management activities as needed
- Provide oversight and coordination of all technical workstream activities, including status reporting, resourcing, requirements, design, build, test, and deployment tasks
- Review and approve technical requirements, on behalf of the client
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least 5+ years of experience in ERP technical delivery, including experience leading ERP projects
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and design effective solutions
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred
- Workday implementation experience:
- Experience with Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Web Services
- Knowledge of Workday security, data governance, and reporting frameworks
- Workday certifications are a plus
- ERP Implementation experience
- Strong programming skills in XSLT, XML, Java, and/or SQL
- Higher Ed/Consulting experience

Attain Partners is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Individual base salary for this position is unique to each candidate and will be commensurate with experience, education, and skills, ranging from $160,000 - $190,000. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
