  • Collaborate with Planning, Production, Media Operations, and Account teams to understand how campaigns move through each stage of execution.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation while developing strong attention to detail.
  • Participate in departmental projects, process documentation, and team initiatives that improve organization and operational efficiency.

WHO WE ARE

We're a media agency built for brands that value intention.

At Attention Arc, we combine deliberate media craft with technology designed to amplify it. We build trusted partnerships so every decision stays aligned with what matters most. Media doesn't fail because of technology. It fails when intention is missing.

That's why we exist.

To restore intention to media.

With 160 people across four offices in Phoenix, Durham, Irvington, and New York City, we occupy a deliberate sweet spot: big enough to support major brands and complex business challenges, yet nimble enough to move quickly, make decisions, and drive impact. No unnecessary layers. No slow-moving bureaucracy. Just experienced people, purposeful technology, and intentional media.

We believe media starts and ends with people. Guided by expertise and accelerated by technology, we help brands make smarter decisions, reach the right audiences, and create measurable growth through media that is thoughtful, connected, and built with intention.

Our culture is shaped by our values:

  • All In — We show up with intensity and ownership.
  • No Sidelines — We collaborate without ego or boundaries.
  • Move With Curiosity — We ask why, explore boldly, and learn fast.
  • Truth With Heart — We communicate with honesty and empathy.

We are human-led, AI-accelerated, and purpose-driven. Together, we're building a future where every decision is more intentional and every role helps restore intention to media.

OUR COMMITMENT TO INCLUSION

At Attention Arc, we believe people do their best work when they feel they belong. Inclusion isn't just about representation. It's about creating an environment where people feel seen, supported, and comfortable showing up as themselves.

We value different lived experiences and perspectives because they strengthen our work, our teams, and our culture. We intentionally create opportunities for every team member to contribute, grow, and make an impact through collaboration, curiosity, and shared ownership.

We are committed to building an agency where everyone has a genuine seat at the table and is trusted to step in, share ideas, and contribute. When people feel heard, respected, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work, we build stronger teams, better thinking, and better outcomes.

Because when people thrive, we all move forward together.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
