Senior Implementation Consultant
About the Role
As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will serve as a strategic partner to enterprise customers implementing Attentive’s multi-channel marketing platform — spanning SMS, RCS, email, and push. You will lead complex onboarding engagements, ensuring customers successfully adopt and operationalize Attentive across their full customer engagement ecosystem.
This role sits within our Customer Solutions organization and focuses on driving implementation excellence for large enterprise brands. You will own end-to-end project delivery for sophisticated customers with complex tech stacks, multiple stakeholders, and evolving business requirements.
You will partner with Solutions Architecture and collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Product, Marketing, Deliverability to deliver seamless scalable implementations that unlock long-term customer value. This role requires strong project management expertise, cross-functional leadership, and deep knowledge of multi-channel marketing technology.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Attentive’s multi-channel solutions (SMS, RCS, email, push) for enterprise customers
- Own project management for complex deployments, migrations, and channel expansions across sophisticated marketing ecosystems
- Develop and execute comprehensive launch strategies aligned to customer business goals and success metrics
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, stakeholders, and timelines to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
- Navigate and integrate complex tech stacks including ESPs, CDPs, ecommerce platforms, CRM systems, and data warehouses
- Partner with Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, Customer Success Managers, Deliverability experts, and Account Executives to deliver a best-in-class onboarding experience
- Provide executive-ready status updates and communicate risks, milestones, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product insights and collaborate with Product and Product Marketing to inform roadmap priorities
- Contribute to the development of scalable implementation processes and best practices across channels
Your Expertise
- 4–6+ years of experience in a client-facing technical role (Implementation Consultant, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Technical Program Manager, Technical Account Managers, or similar)
- Demonstrated success managing complex enterprise implementations with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional dependencies
- Strong, hands-on project management experience delivering large-scale technical deployments
- Experience working within multi-channel marketing ecosystems (SMS, RCS, email, push, CDPs, ESPs, marketing automation platforms)
- Experience managing platform migrations (ESP, messaging, CDP, or cross-channel implementations)
- Ability to navigate sophisticated technical environments and data integrations
- Strong communication and executive presence when engaging senior stakeholders
- Highly organized and detail-oriented in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Strategic mindset with the ability to connect technical implementation to measurable business outcomes

For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $110,000 - $135,000 annually + commission + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
