Associate Implementation Consultant
About the Role
As an Associate Implementation Consultant, you will support the onboarding and implementation of Attentive’s multi-channel marketing platform — including SMS, RCS, email, and push — for small and mid-market customers. You will guide customers from kickoff through go-live, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to a fully launched and operational marketing program.
This role sits within our Customer Solutions organization and focuses on delivering efficient, high-quality onboarding experiences at scale. You will manage a portfolio of customers simultaneously, following established implementation frameworks and playbooks to drive consistent, successful outcomes.
This is an entry-level role ideal for someone early in their career who is highly organized, eager to learn, and excited to work directly with customers while building foundational skills in project management, SaaS implementations, and marketing technology.
What You’ll Accomplish
- Guide small and mid-market customers through onboarding from kickoff to go-live, ensuring timely and successful launches
- Manage multiple implementations simultaneously, keeping projects on track against defined timelines and milestones
- Configure Attentive platform settings, messaging programs, and basic integrations based on customer needs and best practices
- Support data onboarding by importing, validating, and troubleshooting customer data
- Lead customer training sessions and educate users on platform functionality and recommended use cases
- Communicate project progress, next steps, and risks clearly to customers and internal stakeholders
- Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Document implementation details and customer requirements to support successful handoffs post-launch
- Identify and escalate blockers or issues, contributing to timely resolution
- Contribute to internal documentation, templates, and playbooks to improve onboarding efficiency and scalability
Your Expertise
- 0–2 years of experience in a customer-facing, project coordination, or operations role (internships included)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with data in Excel or Google Sheets (e.g., filtering, formatting, basic formulas)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to customers
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and execution
- Eagerness to learn new technologies and develop technical and project management skills
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt
- Collaborative team player who works well across functions
- Interest in SaaS, marketing technology, or customer engagement platforms

For US based applicants:
- The US base salary range for this full-time position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually + variable compensation + equity + benefits
- Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location
