VP Brand Partnerships

Los Angeles, CA & New York, NY

Who We Are:

We’re a full-service creative shop born out of ATTN:’s purpose-driven mission to bring attention to the things that matter. We exist to build brands for the attention era. We accelerate growth for brands, putting them at the center of culture so they become the center of attention. We are a diverse group of entrepreneurial spirits, creative minds and makers and we’re lucky enough to work with some of the world’s most innovative brands and culturally connected brands.

What We Are Looking For:

We are looking for an ambitious, creative, and highly strategic VP of Brand Partnerships to join our new business team, with a focus on growing ATTN:’s presence across multiple categories including and not limited to technology, social media platforms, and retail.

This is a senior revenue-driving role for someone who is excited to help build on a great foundation of marquee clients. The right person will bring trusted relationships a track record of opening and closing large-scale business, and the ability to sell strategic creative services.

You will partner with leading brands and senior decision-makers helping ATTN: grow existing relationships, unlock new opportunities, and expand the company’s role as a creative, social-first, and strategic partner to some of the most important companies shaping culture, technology, and consumer behavior.

This role is ideal for someone who has built a strong career in media, agency, or client-side marketing, but is now looking for broader ownership, and more strategic influence over how the business grows inside a fast-moving, entrepreneurial business.

What You’ll Do

  • You’ll be driving the full deal lifecycle, owning a revenue target and leading everything from thoughtful prospecting, pipeline development, and executive relationship-building to creative strategy, proposal development, negotiation, and close.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts, building trusted senior-level relationships across brand, marketing, media, communications, and innovation teams.
  • Identify and open new business opportunities through your own network, market knowledge, and ability to connect ATTN:’s capabilities to client priorities.
  • Sell integrated, creative, and social-first programs that may span branded content, creator partnerships, experiential, streaming, digital, social, and broader strategic agency-style solutions.
  • Think like a brand marketer, not just a seller so understanding client objectives, business pressures, audience needs, and the role ATTN: can play in helping brands show up with relevance and impact.
  • Partner closely with internal creative, strategy, account, production, and leadership teams to develop best-in-class ideas and bring them to market.
  • Help evolve ATTN:’s go-to-market approach within the focus categories, identifying where the market is heading and where the company can build deeper relationships.
  • Prioritize high-value accounts and develop thoughtful account plans that support both near-term revenue and longer-term strategic growth.
  • Create momentum in the market by turning relationships into meetings, briefs, project-based work, and larger-scale partnerships.
  • Stay closely attuned to marketing trends, technology shifts, social behavior, cultural conversation, and integrated, multi-platform campaigns.
  • Operate comfortably in a fast-moving environment where the role requires both senior-level strategic thinking and a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach.

Who You Are

  • 12+ years of relevant experience across digital, social, media, agency, brand partnerships, client-direct sales, or in-house marketing.
  • Deep experience working with technology, innovation-led, or culturally relevant brands, with a strong understanding of how these companies think about brand, audience, reputation, growth, and cultural relevance.
  • Existing relationships across major technology, AI, consumer technology, social media platforms, enterprise technology, or innovation-focused companies.
  • A strategic and proactive client partner with experience selling or developing branded content, social-first campaigns, creator/influencer programs, integrated partnerships, or creative agency-style solutions.
  • Someone with an established senior-level network and a demonstrated ability to convert trusted relationships into commercial opportunities.
  • Experienced in building client-direct relationships and navigating complex organizations with multiple decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Comfortable selling ideas and strategy, not just inventory or impressions.
  • Confident negotiating and closing complex six- and seven-figure partnerships.
  • Energized by building: you are excited by the chance to help shape a category, expand a practice area, and contribute to a company’s next stage of growth.
  • A strong communicator and presenter with executive presence, strong judgment, commercial discipline, and the ability to build trust with both clients and internal leadership.
  • A fast learner and original thinker who can thrive in ambiguity, adjust quickly to change, and bring structure to open-ended opportunities.
  • Passionate about ATTN:’s mission, our content, social storytelling, and the evolving role brands play in culture.

This position has an estimated annual salary range between $185,000 to 220,000 in addition to incentive compensation. Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to demonstrated skill set, years and depth of relevant experience, and some role-dependent factors. We welcome direct conversations with each candidate about compensation in all of our initial calls.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
