Atwell is seeking a Corporate Brand Designer to support brand execution across its family of companies. This role translates corporate brand strategy into high-quality visual assets that support proposals, business development, and enterprise-wide marketing initiatives.
This position works closely with marketing, proposal, and leadership teams to ensure consistent and effective brand application across all touchpoints. It is well suited for a detail-oriented designer with strong graphic design skills and an understanding of brand systems, visual storytelling, and execution within a professional services environment.
This is a remote role, collaborating primarily with a team based on the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and produce branded visual assets, including graphics, templates, and marketing materials.
- Support proposal and business development efforts by creating layouts, infographics, and presentation materials that enhance clarity and visual impact.
- Execute creative assets for internal and external communications, including presentations, proposals, digital campaigns, social media content, website graphics, and newsletters.
- Ensure consistent application of Atwell’s brand guidelines across all companies, platforms, and deliverables.
- Assist with the maintenance and evolution of brand standards, templates, and visual guidelines.
- Maintain and organize digital asset libraries and shared design resources.
- Conduct periodic audits of marketing and proposal materials to ensure brand consistency.
- Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on integrated brand initiatives.
- Conduct light market and competitive research to support brand positioning and creative direction.
- Incorporate feedback efficiently while meeting deadlines, particularly for time-sensitive proposal submissions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or marketing (relevant internships or portfolio work accepted).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Experience supporting proposals, presentations, or corporate marketing materials preferred.
- Strong understanding of visual design principles, layout, and brand consistency.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in the A/E/C industry or professional services environment is a plus.
