About the role

The tax department is located next to the accounting department in the finance structure. The team will consist of two people and will be in charge of everything related to the tax part of the company. All the information provided by this department is critical and has to be perfectly justified and on time. Your main customer will be the Tax Public Agency, and it is very demanding 

What will you be doing?

• Prepare and declare SII records (automated and manual input) 
• Manage the SII daily conciliation 
• Ensure tax compliance on issued invoices and do the necessary corrections 
• Prepare monthly tax supporting documentation for issued and received invoices 
• Prepare all the information for issue to the Tax Authorities answering its requirements
• Answer to the INE surveys and other Public Administrations.
• Collaboration on external audits and internal control processes

What we're looking for?

• An academic degree or FP related to Finance and/or accounting.
• At least four (4+) years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience with SII declarations. Knowledge of Spanish local tax, IFRS, PGC.
• Relation with the Tax Public administration and other public organizations Control and reconciliation minded.
• Proactive, analytical, problem-solving, and strong organizational skills. 
• Computer literacy and experience with Navision or Netsite ERP are desirable. 
• Good level of English is desirable.
