Senior Director, Brand & Solutions Integrated Marketing (VIP)

Remote

We are seeking a Sr. Director, Brand & Solutions Integrated Marketing to define and lead how WordPress VIP brings integrated, market-facing campaigns to life—grounded in a strong brand, unified messaging, and strategic relevance across industries and customer needs. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the end-to-end success of the strategy and execution of our brand and solutions marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment across product, partner, and GTM (Go to Market) motions to drive awareness, perception shift, engagement, and ultimately, growth.

As part of the GTM Revenue Marketing team, with a dotted line into the Brand & Growth team, you’ll be responsible for partnering with the Brand and GTM teams to develop brand- and solutions-led integrated marketing campaigns that are coordinated and full funnel. You’ll establish what good looks like in how we connect together what we offer, what customers need, and how we show up in the market. You’ll be the force behind campaigns that blend storytelling with performance, creativity with clarity, and brand needs with business results.

This is a highly cross-functional role. You’ll collaborate across Marketing with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and GTM teams to build and launch campaigns that resonate with target audiences—from digital teams to technical buyers to C-suite stakeholders. You’ll bring deep market, product, and customer insight to shape relevant, high-impact marketing experiences. And you’ll elevate the role of brand and solutions marketing across WordPress VIP and Automattic (our parent company) by ensuring that every campaign we launch is connected, intentional, and built to scale.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic, curious, and creative marketing leader with a strong foundation in B2B enterprise marketing. You’re skilled at leading integrated campaigns that combine product positioning, thought leadership, solid content, and digital strategy to reach the right audiences at the right moments. You know how to build high-performing teams, and can comfortably move between vision setting and hands-on execution. You also understand how to use customer stories and data to create powerful narratives that earn attention and drive results. What’s more, you also bring an opinion on how your craft is evolving and leveraging AI and LLMs to maximize effectiveness.

In this role, you’ll contribute not only to your function’s roadmap, but to the overall WordPress VIP Marketing strategy and Commercial investment planning. You’ll have a clear voice in how we shape our position in the market, and how we invest in the brand and programs that fuel our next phase of growth.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
