
App Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

As an App Marketing Manager you will drive operational initiatives, such as running and optimising international performance marketing campaigns; additionally, you will contribute to various strategic topics that will elevate AutoScout24’s app activities to new levels.
What you'll do:
- Own Paid User Acquisition for apps in several core markets.
- Optimise and scale app campaigns across our existing ad channel portfolio. Implement tests in both new and existing channels using testing framework.
- Conduct analyses of app marketing performance, provide status updates on ongoing campaigns.
- Engage in cross-functional collaboration with teams in marketing, analytics, growth, and design, as well as with various external partners.
- Support routine tasks like market research, competitor analysis, targeting strategies, accounts maintenance, ad copy management, and creative production.
What you'll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience with a strong emphasis on app advertising.
- Proven track record of running and scaling campaigns across multiple European markets; expertise in North American markets is a plus.
- Experience in managing and executing large marketing budgets.
- Expertise in major ad networks, including Apple Search Ads, Snap, Meta, X, TikTok, Google ACI, among others. Familiarity with DSPs is beneficial.
- Proficiency in one or more Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMP), such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, or Branch. Familiarity with GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or other product analytics and ASO tools is a plus.
- Exceptional communication skills in both spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus. Ability to present ideas and findings with clarity and excel in stakeholder management.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, Social Sciences, Psychology, Computer Science, or Data, providing a solid theoretical foundation.
- Bonus points: Background in the automotive industry.
