What you’ll do 

As Finance Process & ICS Manager, you will design, strengthen and continuously improve the financial process landscape and internal control system (ICS) across the group. You ensure scalable, compliant and audit-ready finance operations in a dynamic and growing environment. 

  • Design, document and continuously improve end-to-end finance processes (e.g. O2C, P2P, R2R) 
  • Develop and maintain the Internal Control System (ICS) across operational finance and reporting processes 
  • Identify control gaps, process risks and inefficiencies and drive remediation initiatives 
  • Coordinate internal and external audit activities related to finance processes and controls 
  • Ensure proper documentation of controls, policies and process descriptions 
  • Act as sparring partner to Head of Finance Operations and Director Group Reporting and Consolidation on governance and control topics 
  • Support system enhancements and automation initiatives in Workday Finance from a process and control perspective 

What you’ll bring 

  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or comparable qualification 
  • 6-10+ years of experience in finance process management, internal controls, audit or accounting 
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end finance processes (O2C, P2P, R2R) 
  • Experience with ICS frameworks and control documentation 
  • Analytical mindset with strong risk awareness 
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without direct authority 
  • Experience with ERP systems
