The Role
AXS is seeking an Account Manager of Sponsorships to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role will be responsible for the executions of brand and partner activations on AXS platforms. The position will work closely with the Sales, Content and Marketing teams and report into the Manager, Sponsorship Account Management
- Primary point of contact for assigned campaigns and responsible for the pre and post sale campaign management of the AXS platform, including: - Crafting the media campaign plan - Insertion order processing - Ensuring that client specific requirements are fulfilled - Being creative with testing to find faults and troubleshoot to ensure campaigns run according to client expectations - Delivering screenshots to clients - Optimizing campaigns by making adjustments and recommendations based on how its performing including but not limited to reallocating ad placement budget - Campaign success reporting for clients - Client invoicing
- Responsible for requesting, testing, uploading and troubleshooting digital creative for campaigns from clients using Google Ad Manager once the client has signed an IO for the campaign.
- Responsible for executing digital campaigns according to media plan with the client including monitoring campaign performance in the ad server and reporting to the client based on their set expectations.
- Help identify new offerings for clients, based on past/recent executions by finding ways to further integrate clients on our AXS site or expanding their ad reach overall.
- Gather and prepare reports monthly of AXS media performance statistics for our Global Partnerships (GP) team so they can provide potential new clients current data about AXS media capabilities
- Create mocks and assist with preparation of sales materials for the GP sales team to showcase AXS digital campaign capabilities and possible tech integrations on the AXS purchase flow for prospective clients.
- Coordinate data requests from GP Sales with AXS Analytics to ensure relevant data is pulled for GP.
- Support monthly revenue reporting with the AXS finance team to ensure that clients are invoiced at the end of campaigns and follow-up with clients or GP regarding pending payments.
What Will You Bring?
- BA/BS Degree (4-year) in a Related Field
- 2-4 years in digital advertising, ad operations and supporting sales teams
- 2-4 years Experience executing audience campaigns on third party platforms as well as on desktop, mobile and apps
- Ability to think strategically about client needs, media packaging, technology integrations, budgets and KPIs
- Proven track record in digital advertising campaign management
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office: PowerPoint & Excel
- Knowledge of brands, sales and sponsorships
- Strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of Google Ad Manager
Pay Scale: $69,000- $84,337
