The Role
AXS is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. This role is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and management of various product lines. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of high-quality products and new capabilities for existing products that meet business needs.

 

What Will You Do?
•    Define, manage and execute on the product roadmap for the AXS website and additional product lines, prioritizing features based on business goals, customer insights, and market trends.
•    Work closely with engineering, UX design, data analytics, marketing, MarTech, and client success teams to deliver products that align with business goals.
•    Drive the discovery process, form hypotheses, define OKRs, and evaluate solutions to maximize impact on fans, clients, and business outcomes.
•    Build and maintain detailed functional specifications, process maps, and user stories to guide product development.
•    Implement a test-and-learn framework to optimize conversion funnels, personalization, and user engagement in order to improve fan experiences and business outcomes. 
•    Define and track product KPIs to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
•    Partner with stakeholders to create scalable, innovative solutions that address current and future market needs.
•    Communicate product vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmap updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
•    Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to evolve product offerings continually. 
•    Analyze data to make informed decisions for product improvements.

 

What Will You Bring?
•    BA/BS Degree (4-year) (Advanced Degree Preferred)
•    5-7 years of previous Product Management experience leading teams working with B2C/B2B2C products in Agile environments.
•    Proven expertise in leveraging industry-leading analytics and data platforms to track user behavior and drive performance improvements.
•    Hands-on experience with consent management platforms for privacy compliance.
•    Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX design, business stakeholders, and senior leadership, to deliver complex, high-impact products.
•    Ability to execute on a roadmap and deliver measurable results.
•    Proven track record of mentoring and developing product teams, with the ability to inspire and lead through influence and collaboration.
•    Exceptional organizational skills with a strategic mindset, capable of managing multiple priorities and balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.
•    Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills; able to simplify complex ideas and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
•    Data-driven decision-maker with a deep understanding of product KPIs and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic initiatives.
•    Ability to foster a test-and-learn culture, embracing iterative product development and fast-paced environments.

Bonus points if You Have
•    Experience working in a complex global technology company.
•    Experience in live entertainment, ticketing, or adjacent industries (sports, hospitality, venue management).

 


Pay Scale: $141,499.00 - $185,718.00
