Sr. Software Test Analyst (Manual)

The successful candidate will help the QA team deliver top quality features through extensive, fast paced testing and regression. As our Sr. Software Test Analyst you will take part and compose test plans to ensure increasingly thorough test coverage as well as manual execution of the refined plans. You will also provide the team with the latest testing status of features in development and will be collaborating closely with the extended team to deliver world-class online features and services. What You'll be doing:
- Design and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases based on complex project requirements and technical specifications across multiple applications.
- Perform advanced functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to identify critical issues and ensure comprehensive software quality across enterprise-level systems.
- Lead defect management processes using issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla), providing detailed root cause analysis, risk assessment, and coordinating resolution efforts with development teams.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand complex features and requirements, providing expert feedback on usability, functionality, and system integration.
- Lead review sessions and testing meetings to present testing progress, results, and risk assessments to senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Establish and maintain standardized test documentation frameworks ensuring consistency and accuracy across releases, while mentoring junior testers on documentation best practices.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing testing processes and implementing enhanced methodologies, automation strategies, and quality assurance practices to optimize team efficiency and product quality.
What you'll need to be successful:
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of Manual QA experience
- Proven track and experience in Quality Assurance throughout all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Experience as Business Analyst will be considered a plus.
- Extensive experience with bug management and test management tools (i.e Jira, TestRail, Confluence)
- Closely familiar with the software development cycles and version control.
- Experience in Web Technologies
- Proficient in test plan analysis and test execution
- Shipped multiple features, games, web pages, web features, services
- ISTQB qualification will be considered as plus
