Our Fulfillment Center team works on-site to support our physical operations and plays a vital role in delivering the Babylist experience.
Our partner teams are distributed remotely across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. To foster strong relationships, we meet in person at least twice a year—once as a company and once within our departments. What the Role Is
Babylist is looking for a Fulfillment Operations Supervisor, Day Shift for our brand-new fulfillment center in Commercial Point, Ohio! We're seeking a hands-on leader to guide a team of warehouse associates with energy and precision during our day shift operations. You’ll be responsible for executing day-to-day fulfillment workflows, leading and coaching your team, and maintaining a safe and productive environment.
In this role, you'll assist with hiring and training, ensure operational excellence, and support continuous improvement across inventory movement, order fulfillment, and value-added services like kitting. This role is expected to be onsite Monday - Thursday from 7:00am - 5:30pm

- Experienced Leader: You bring 5+ years of management experience and 3+ years in warehouse or fulfillment center operations, ready to take charge and inspire your team

- Tech-Savvy Professional: From WMS to ERP systems, you know how to leverage the right tools to optimize workflows and boost performance
- Employee Relations Aware: You've had exposure to managing employee relations issues, documenting incidents, and collaborating with HR or leadership to maintain a fair, inclusive workplace
- Kitting Knowledgeable: You have direct experience overseeing or supporting kitting processes—ensuring that product assembly lines run smoothly, accurately, and with minimal downtime

- Develop High-Performing Teams: Leverage your expertise in training and SOP creation to ensure consistency and elevate team growth
- Drive Results: Monitor staffing levels, engage the team, and foster continuous improvement to meet and exceed productivity goals
- Support Employee Relations: Address minor employee relations concerns, document performance or conduct issues, and collaborate with leadership or HR when escalation is needed
- Oversee Kitting Activities: Monitor kitting production, ensure proper staffing and material flow, and maintain product quality and assembly accuracy
- Ensure Quality & Safety: Maintain top-tier standards, reduce risks, and deliver high-quality service that delights our customers
- Cultivate a Positive Culture: Build a collaborative, motivated team by resolving conflicts, encouraging feedback, and welcoming innovation
- Enhance Communication: Establish clear channels within your team and across departments, driving alignment and shared success
- Lead Strategically: Inspire your team to achieve ambitious goals with vision, precision, and leadership excellence

Babylist takes a market-based approach to pay. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications and experience.
The estimated pay range for this role is $60,590.00 - $78,000.00
In addition, Babylist offers equity, bonus, and benefits, including company paid health, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, flexible spending account, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies.
