But while there is a lot to celebrate in our past, there is almost as much opportunity ahead of us. We are seeking an Associate Creative Director! You can work remotely as long as you live in Central or South America. 

About the role

 We’re on the hunt for a one-person creative powerhouse to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety, is excited by the opportunity to shape a brand’s identity, and wants to grow within a fast-paced tech environment. You'll contribute to everything from designing sleek UI/UX for website to creating impactful marketing assets like email campaigns, blog visuals, and sales collateral.

What You’ll Do:

  • UI/UX design: Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for our web and mobile platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Brand creative: Develop visually compelling materials, including email templates, blog illustrations, infographics, and marketing presentations.
  • Agency relationships: Manage creative agency workflow and asset to ensure on-brand and on-time delivery.
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with marketing, and sales teams to align designs with brand strategy and user needs.
  • Brand consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Creative problem-solving: Tackle a wide range of creative challenges, from brainstorming campaigns to polishing visuals for social media.

The Right Fit:

  • Design expertise: Strong portfolio showcasing a mix of UI/UX projects and marketing collateral.
  • Software proficiency: Skilled in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Webflow and a bonus if you know motion graphics tools like After Effects.
  • Marketing knowledge: Experience designing for digital marketing (email, blogs, landing pages, social media, etc.)
  • Detail-oriented: You have an eye for detail and take pride in producing polished, high-quality work.
  • Team player: Collaborative spirit with a can-do attitude and openness to feedback.
  • Growth mindset: Excited to learn and grow in a fast-evolving tech environment.
  • Fluent in English 
  • Need to work US hours either EST or PST

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with HTML/CSS for minor web design tweaks.
  • Familiarity with branding for B2B tech or SaaS companies.
  • Motion design or video editing skills.
