Job Overview:

DRT is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to manage the full sales cycle, with a strong emphasis on outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate will excel at identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to drive company growth. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter eager to contribute to a growing organization. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and other outreach methods.
  • Lead Qualification: Research and qualify leads to ensure alignment with our ideal client profile.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects, moving them through the sales funnel to close.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Manage contract negotiations, handle objections, and finalize agreements to secure new business.
  • Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends, client challenges, and competitor offerings to position our solutions effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a full sales cycle environment. 

  • Affinity towards the dance industry or performing arts industry. 

  • Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.

  • Strong ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • High level of self-motivation, accountability, adaptability, and a proactive approach to challenges.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

Expectations:

  • Meet or Exceed Sales Targets: Achieve quarterly and annual revenue goals, adding new logos to the client database regularly.
  • Proactive Outreach: Schedule product demos per month to drive new business.
  • Ongoing Communication: Provide weekly updates to the Head of Sales and Marketing on client and pipeline growth progress.
  • CRM Diligence: Update client interactions and progress in the CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
