We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end hiring for our Corporate Development and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, including M&A, Sales, Marketing and Finance. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment and enjoys balancing strategy with hands-on recruiting.
You will own multiple complex searches, partner closely with business leaders, and craft sourcing strategies that build high-quality, diverse pipelines. You’ll bring strong business acumen, advise hiring managers, and use data to drive smarter hiring decisions.
You will get to shape how we recruit: improving processes, driving tool adoption, mentoring peers, and sharing market insights that influence talent strategy.
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 5 years of in house experience; including significant focus on Corporate Development and Go-To-Market roles
- Proven success managing senior or complex requisitions
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Data-driven mindset and comfort using recruiting tools/ATS systems
- Ability to thrive in unstructured, high-growth environments
- Collaborative, proactive approach and passion for great candidate experiences

The expected base salary for this position is: CAD $105,000 - $125,000 and includes annual bonus and equity (when applicable). Salary is based on a number of factors including market conditions, location and may vary depending on job-related skills and experience.
