Fullstack Developer - JS/TS

About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to maintain, extend, and improve our SaaS risk management platform. The application helps teams map, analyse, and share risk. You will own feature development end-to-end — from database queries through to polished UI — and contribute to a clean, well-structured codebase.

What You Will Work On

The platform is a modern TypeScript / Next.js full-stack SaaS application consisting of:

• React-based frontend with Tailwind CSS and a component library for rich, polished UI
• Server-side rendering and API routes via Next.js (v14/15), including server actions
• SQL Server database with stored procedures for robust, performant data access
• LLM API integrations delivering AI-powered risk analysis features
• Auth.js authentication with multiple OAuth providers (Google, GitHub, Microsoft)
• Paddle-powered subscription and billing management

Key Technologies

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features across the full stack of the JS/TS application
• Build and update UI components using Tailwind CSS and the component library
• Write and optimise SQL Server queries and database access scripts
• Integrate and maintain AI-powered features via LLM APIs
• Manage authentication flows using Auth.js with OAuth providers (Google, GitHub, Microsoft)
• Maintain and extend the billing and subscription system
• Monitor application health and diagnose issues using Azure Application Insights

Required Skills & Experience

Core

• Strong TypeScript and React proficiency
• Hands-on experience with Next.js (v14/15)
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and stored procedures

Frontend

• Tailwind CSS and component library experience
• Familiarity with SWR for client-side data fetching

Backend / Infrastructure

• Experience with server actions and API routes in Next.js
• Understanding of OAuth flows

Tooling

• Git-based team workflows (feature branches, PRs)
• Vitest / Testing Library or equivalent unit/component testing experience
• Prettier and ESLint configuration

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with LLM SDKs
• Experience with Paddle or other subscription billing platforms
• Experience with Azure
