Barbaricum is seeking experienced, mission-focused Field Service Representative (FSR) Analysts to support a forward-leaning technical integration team embedded with a global leader in data integration and operational software. This role will directly support Palantir’s critical implementation efforts, working closely with military customers in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong background in intelligence or operations, ideally with prior experience using Palantir products and supporting space operations missions.

This full-time position is based in Colorado Springs and requires up to 25% travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations. FSR Analysts will be key to enabling and enhancing mission success by training end users, resolving technical issues, and helping shape software deployments that directly impact national security and defense operations.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on training to military analysts and operators—both desk-side and in classroom settings.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to users, helping them develop workflows and integrate Palantir tools into their missions.

• Partner closely with Palantir engineering teams to identify and troubleshoot user issues.

• Communicate user feedback and emerging needs to drive platform improvements.

• Facilitate collaboration across geographically distributed teams and customers.

• Support the development of use cases, technical documentation, and training materials tailored to diverse military audiences.

Qualifications:

• Active TS clearance with SCI eligibility

• Willingness to relocate to Colorado Springs, CO

• Availability to travel up to 25% (CONUS/OCONUS)

• Prior experience working directly with military customers

• Strong communication and instructional skills

• Ability to work independently in high-op tempo environments

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with Palantir Foundry or Gotham

• Background in space operations or related mission sets

• Experience training military personnel on software platforms

• Familiarity with technical languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript

• Prior operational planning or intelligence experience within the DoD
