Client Accountant

The BarkleyOKRP Finance Team is looking for a Client Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have the ability to prioritize, perform tasks with precision and accuracy while meeting deadlines and maintaining positive relationships.
Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute client (Production and media) billing, process invoices and manages day to day billing duties Manage revenue recognition for group of clients, make decisions regarding accruals/deferrals monthly

Manage and update monthly/yearly revenue forecast/budget, meets monthly with agency leaders to review

Understanding of Client P&L

Gain a thorough understand of the client's industry and business

Contract compliance, review billing terms & make suggestions

Assist with vendor invoice/expense report processing when needed

Actively monitors receivables, reaches out to Client Experience and/or client to collect on outstanding invoices

Maintain an efficient and cohesive working relationship with Client Experience, respond timely and provide valuable insights into job detail

Runs times reports and helps Management understand overall project historicals

Assist during audit to pull back up and provide documentation

File and maintain job jackets (electronic and/or hard copies)

Technically savvy – ability to identify efficiencies within the Advantage software system. (Create and pull miscellaneous reports for Brand Leaders)
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university or equivalent experience required

3-4 years of related experience and/or training
