  • Work closely with senior leadership to translate strategic vision into actionable plans, guiding teams to deliver impactful results.

Operationalize excellence:

  • Oversee media planning and buying operations across digital channels (SEM, social, programmatic, connected TV, SMS, etc.) and traditional channels (broadcast, OOH, print, etc.).
  • Manage, mentor, and grow a team of paid media strategists, buyers, and planners, providing hands-on leadership while fostering professional growth and team collaboration.
  • Optimize media investments through a data-driven approach, continuously refining strategies to enhance performance and return on investment (ROAS).
  • Lead major proposals and pitches while managing and growing the P&L for the paid media function, ensuring profitability and strategic alignment across Orchestra's client base.

Approach work with creativity and an entrepreneurial spirit:

  • Leverage a creative mindset to design and execute paid media campaigns that resonate across diverse audiences and verticals.
  • Champion a test-and-learn approach to drive data-driven improvements and discover new growth opportunities.
  • Provide structure and insights on how to effectively measure and report comprehensive success metrics to clients.

Collaborate & influence:

  • Foster an environment of cross-functional learning and development, ensuring paid media strategies are aligned with evolving client needs.
  • Collaborate with social media, email, design, editorial, and data and insights teams to create holistic, multifaceted campaigns that deliver cohesive results.
  • Partner with internal teams and stakeholders to execute multi-channel campaigns and integrate paid media into broader marketing strategies, driving growth through performance monitoring and investment optimization.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • 10+ years of experience in paid media strategy, media planning, and buying, with experience managing budgets across five to seven figures and full-funnel campaigns.
  • Strong agency experience, preferably in leadership roles, leading teams of strategists, media planners and buyers.
  • Expertise in growth marketing, direct-to-consumer (D2C), B2B, and brand-building campaigns across multiple verticals.
  • Deep understanding of martech and the evolving digital ecosystem, including ad tech stacks, tracking, and optimization.
  • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, capable of building systems while leading teams to implement them.
