CRM Coordinator - Early Life Retention
Betsson Group is seeking a self-driven and detail-oriented CRM coordinator with a "can-do" attitude to join our Global CRM & Engagement department. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an amazing team of CRM enthusiasts. In this role, you'll be part of a team that is accountable for the successful end-to-end delivery of below the line (BTL) early life retention offers and communications across a variety of the group’s brands, markets, and products.
This entry-level role is perfect for individuals eager to kickstart their career in customer relationship management (CRM). It offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in CRM and email marketing, while learning about the latest CRM tools and strategies. As a CRM Coordinator, you will actively support the daily operations of the CRM Early Life Retention team, contributing to initiatives that optimises the early customer experience to build long-term loyalty.
THE CHALLENGE:
You will definitely be busy! Here is a taste of what you will be involved with:
- Copywriters & Design Team: Collaborate with copywriters and the design team to develop engaging global and local content and visually appealing artwork for emails.
- CRM Online Comms Design Manager: Collaborate with Manager to improve email templates and customisable features.
CRM Projects & Solutions: Offer feedback on enhancements to CRM tools and features.
Support CRM Managers:
- Assist with the day-to-day operational tasks. These tasks may involve creating landing pages, setting up journeys, configuring player rewards, uploading banners and content to the website, as well as requesting and coordinating design, content creation, and localisation.
- Copywriters & Design Team: Collaborate with copywriters and the design team to develop engaging global and local content and visually appealing artwork for emails.
- CRM Online Comms Design Manager: Collaborate with Manager to improve email templates and customisable features.
CRM Projects & Solutions: Offer feedback on enhancements to CRM tools and features.

- CRM Online Comms Design Manager: Collaborate with Manager to improve email templates and customisable features.
YOU ARE GOOD AT:
- A minimum of one year of experience in the iGaming industry or relevant experience related to the role.
- Ability to understand and follow detailed technical instructions.
- Genuine interest in the online Live Casino sector.
- Good project management skills, enabling you to handle multiple campaigns and tasks concurrently.
- Experience working in Jira.
