We are seeking a passionate, high-performing, and driven Recruiter to support Beyond Finance’s ambitious hiring goals as we rapidly grow and scale to meet business demands. The ideal candidate will play a strategic role in recruiting top-tier talent for our sales center and operations teams. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and outcomes while creating candidate experiences that distinguish us from our industry peers. We seek someone who is innovative, inspiring, and unafraid to challenge the status quo.

This role will be a hybrid position based at our new Atlanta office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and hire 20+ call center (sales) candidates monthly.
  • Identify and attract top talent for Beyond Finance by leveraging technology, attending networking events, building relationships, and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for Beyond Finance, becoming deeply embedded in the local market, and effectively communicating our company culture, values, and positioning Beyond Finance as an employer of choice.
  • Act with a sense of urgency to ensure recruitment goals are met.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and opportunities as assigned.

Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably in an agency recruiting environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills that balance the needs of the company and the talent.
  • Proven experience in improving full-cycle recruiting processes.
  • A keen understanding of the hiring market, with the ability to leverage this knowledge to enhance our hiring strategies.
  • Highly resourceful with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
