About the Role

We are seeking an Ad Operations professional with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of performance marketing. The ideal candidate will excel at executing, optimizing, and scaling performance-based advertising campaigns while tailoring strategies to best fit each client’s goals. This role requires a blend of ad tech expertise, data analytics, and operational efficiency to drive measurable outcomes. You will be hands-on in campaign execution, leveraging machine learning and predictive analytics to improve decision-making, maximize efficiency, and boost ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow and scale client accounts through strategic planning, continuous optimization, and efficient resource allocation.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Sales and Customer Success teams, providing actionable insights that drive performance and retention.
  • Own end-to-end campaign management, from client onboarding to full campaign lifecycle execution, with a focus on maximizing results and customer value.
  • Leverage data-driven insights, machine learning models, and automation to enhance campaign performance and operational efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to uncover growth opportunities and refine optimization strategies.
  • Monitor and mitigate risks related to ad fraud, invalid traffic, and other performance-impacting factors.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams, providing structured feedback and strategic input on new features, product improvements, and workflow enhancements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in performance mobile advertising, programmatic, or ad tech
  • Deep knowledge of ad platforms, RTB, MMPs and programmatic trading.
  • Proven experience managing high-budget ad campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS and revenue growth.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
