Medical Director
As the Medical Director, you will play a key role in driving the application and evolution of our cutting-edge program, The Biograph Method, a pioneering diagnostic and wellness platform designed to unlock personalized insights and long-term wellness.
Partnering with the Clinic Manager and our cross-functional teams, you will oversee clinical operations, ensuring our protocols are both innovative and patient-centered. You'll also collaborate closely with the Executive Medical Director, technical teams, and product experts to continuously refine and advance The Biograph Method—placing you at the forefront of the future of health.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized, cutting-edge care to our members, helping them live longer, healthier lives.
- Play an integral role in the recruitment and development of a top-tier clinical team with the opening of our NY Clinic.
- Oversee and mentor clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and service excellence.
- Collaborate with the Executive Medical Director and Product team to develop and refine the Biograph Method, ensuring it stays at the forefront of longevity science.
- Lead multidisciplinary data reviews to generate personalized, actionable health insights for members.
- Advise on acquisition of new equipment, tools, and technologies
- Participate in the recruitment and selection of providers and licensed professionals
- Perform clinical supervision of clinic staff, including regular performance appraisals and feedback
- Be a key contributor to the culture of innovation, constantly exploring ways to push the boundaries of healthcare.
Qualifications:
- Passion for the science of aging, longevity, and the future of personalized medicine.
- Comfortable in the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a healthcare technology startup.
- M.D. from an accredited medical school, with board certification in a primary care discipline or subspecialty (preferred).
- 6-8 years of experience in direct patient care, with leadership or director-level experience.
- Licensed to practice in New York, eligible for licensure in California.
Compensation, Perks & Benefits:
- $230,000 - $270,000
