Marketing Executive (Part-Time)

The Marketing Executive (Part‑Time) supports the execution of marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead growth, while offering flexible working hours and structure.
This position is ideal for parents returning to the workforce, professionals seeking reduced hours, or experienced marketers who want meaningful part‑time work in a supportive and flexible environment.
Flexible working arrangements (e.g. 2–3 days per week or ~20 hours/week)
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Support
- Assist in the execution of demand generation campaigns across email, webinars and events
- Support campaign launches by coordinating timelines, assets, and internal stakeholders
- Help manage campaign calendars and ensure on-time delivery of activities
- Support administrative functions like creations of PO, tracking deliverables and submitting invoices for payment
Lead Management & Marketing Operations
- Assist with lead capture, scoring, and uploading to CRM platforms
- Maintain accurate campaign tracking within CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Perform basic list building, segmentation, and database hygiene tasks
Content & Asset Coordination
- Support the creation and localization of marketing assets such as emails, landing pages, assets and event materials
Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Demand Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams
- Assist in coordinating with regional or field teams for localized campaigns
- Participate in team meetings and post‑campaign reviews
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 0–5 years of experience in digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations (internships included)
- Basic understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation concepts
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable working with data and spreadsheets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Skills & Tools (Nice to Have)
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot)
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)
- Interest in B2B, SaaS, or technology marketing
