Job Title: Lead ETS Product Manager (Product Owner)

Reports to (Direct Title): Senior Director, Enterprise Applications

Position Summary

The Lead Product Owner role will lead the strategy, design, and continuous improvement of enterprise business systems and processes. This role owns the end-to-end product vision for assigned platform capabilities—directly enabling operational efficiency, data integrity, and cross-functional alignment across the organization.

As a Product Owner, you will work at the intersection of business stakeholders, operations, and IT, translating strategic goals into scalable, data-driven solutions. You will define the roadmap, drive cross-functional execution, and champion automation and system visibility across key business processes. Core platform ownership includes Salesforce CRM and its integrations across the enterprise technology stack.

This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that requires strategic thinking and strong execution. The role thrives in solving complex business challenges through systems, data, and process optimization.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and strategy for assigned enterprise systems, aligning platform capabilities with broader organizational and operational objectives.
  • Define and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing enhancements that drive process efficiency, data quality, user adoption, and business performance.
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders and operational teams to understand workflows, pain points, and requirements—translating feedback into actionable product and process improvements.
  • Design and optimize system configurations, automation rules, data models, and workflow logic within Salesforce CRM and integrated platforms to support business operations.
  • Manage integrations across the enterprise technology stack, including Salesforce CRM and connected third-party applications, ensuring seamless data flow and process continuity.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure system effectiveness, adoption, process efficiency, and overall platform health.
  • Collaborate with Business Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure end-to-end data integrity, process adherence, SLA compliance, and continuous feedback loop automation.
  • Conduct regular cross-functional business reviews and stakeholder syncs, communicating roadmap priorities, performance metrics, and best practices
  • Drive change management and enablement initiatives, including end-user training, documentation, and stakeholder communication plans.
  • Stay current with platform capabilities, industry trends, and emerging best practices, continuously iterating to enhance productivity and system value.
  • Other tasks and activities as assigned.

 

Quote to Fulfillment Only

  • Apply the product vision and roadmap to Quote to Fulfillment capabilities, including quoting, pricing, contracting, order orchestration, and related operational workflows.
  • Design and optimize CPQ configurations, pricing and discounting rules, product catalog and bundle structures, approval workflows, and quoting logic within Salesforce Revenue Cloud and integrated platforms.
  • Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Salesforce Revenue Cloud Automation (RCA) to enable scalable quoting, pricing, and order-orchestration capabilities.
  • Partner with stakeholders to align Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes—including contract generation, redlining, approvals, and renewals—with upstream quoting and downstream fulfillment needs.
  • Manage and improve integrations across Salesforce CPQ/RCA, CLM, ERP, billing, and related systems to support data flow from quote through order, contract, and fulfillment.
  • Define and monitor Quote to Fulfillment KPIs related to system effectiveness, adoption, process efficiency, data quality, and platform health.

 

Required Education/Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, or IT/Operations roles focused on enterprise platform ownership and process improvement.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with cross-functional business teams to improve workflows, system adoption, and operational outcomes through technology and automation.
  • Deep experience with Salesforce CRM, including configuration, administration, workflow automation, and platform integrations.
  • Proven ability to design and manage business process workflows, data models, and multi-stage operational processes across departments.
  • Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools such as Salesforce Reports/Dashboards, Tableau, or equivalent, to measure and optimize platform and process performance.
  • Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum product development methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to drive consensus and lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Quote to Fulfillment Only

  • Experience with Quote-to-Cash or Quote-to-Fulfillment platform ownership and process improvement.
  • Experience with Salesforce CPQ and the broader Revenue Cloud, including configuration, administration, pricing and discounting setup, approval workflows, and platform integrations.
  • Hands-on experience implementing or managing Salesforce Revenue Cloud Automation (RCA) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) preferred.
  • Knowledge of pricing strategy, discounting models, deal-desk processes, and quote-to-cash process design preferred.
  • Experience working with integrations across CPQ, CLM, ERP, billing, and related enterprise platforms preferred.

Pay Range

$120,200 - $180,300 CAD
