Senior Account Manager - KSA

As a Senior Account Manager at Blacklane in KSA, you will be a key strategic leader, responsible for managing an exclusive portfolio of high-value accounts, with a primary focus on strategic growth, market expansion, and long-term client success. This high-impact role will position you at the forefront of crucial relationships where your strategic management expertise will be fundamental.
You will develop and implement customized solutions, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, leveraging your strong analytical skills and deep experience in strategic account management. Your mission will be to drive revenue growth, forge and strengthen strategic client partnerships, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and the achievement of ambitious business objectives.

YOUR CHALLENGE:
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Partner Management, Finance, Product Development, and Operations, to ensure seamless alignment across business functions. Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners, fostering effective communication and collaboration to drive shared success.
- Revenue Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within assigned accounts to maximize revenue potential. Develop and execute strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with Blacklane’s objectives.
- Retention and Renewals: Ensure high client retention by delivering outstanding service and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships. Lead strategic account planning efforts to secure timely and successful contract renewals.
- RFPs & Tenders: Demonstrate expertise in managing complex RFPs and strategic tenders with a focus on financial acumen and a methodical, strategic approach to secure high-value contracts.
- Business Travel Readiness: Be prepared for business travel approximately 20% of the time, occasionally on short notice, to meet clients or attend industry events as required.
- Market and Client Monitoring: Stay ahead of market trends, client performance metrics, and industry developments to refine account strategies. Proactively address challenges and identify opportunities to enhance client engagement and drive growth.
- Performance Tracking: Continuously monitor account performance against revenue targets and client satisfaction benchmarks. Identify potential risks early on and implement corrective measures to ensure consistent success and long-term growth.

- RFPs & Tenders: You have a proven track record in managing complex RFPs and strategic tenders. Your exceptional financial acumen and strategic mindset enable you to craft compelling proposals, navigate competitive bidding processes, and secure high-value contracts.
- Strategic Planning: You excel at architecting and executing customized account strategies for enterprise clients. Your ability to meticulously align client objectives with Blacklane's strategic vision allows you to develop comprehensive roadmaps that drive revenue growth, enhance client retention, and cultivate long-term partnerships through data-driven insights and proactive engagement.
- Communication and Collaboration: As a strong team player with a relationship-oriented approach, you have a natural ability to manage complex projects and engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.

- Technical Proficiency: You possess advanced skills in Microsoft Office, G-Suite products, and Salesforce/CRM systems, enabling you to work efficiently and leverage technology to enhance your performance.

This role is part of our B2B Sales and Account Management incentive framework, designed to reward high performance and measurable impact. Incentives are based on actual IFRS Net Revenue, with higher-value achievements earning proportionately higher rewards and no commission caps.
