Senior Delivery Manager

The role

The Senior Delivery Manager is a vital role within the Blenheim Chalcot portfolio and Koodoo. Critical leadership role in ensuring that projects or services are delivered effectively, on time, within scope, and on budget. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and progressive environment, where you will support us in building our next generation of GenAI enabled tech businesses.

Key responsibilities and duties that will be expected:

● Agile Delivery Management
● Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and execution activities
● Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
● Remove impediments to team progress and delivery
● Balance technical debt with new feature development
● Business Outcome Alignment
● Work closely with product teams to track North Star metrics
● Develop traction metrics that demonstrate progress toward business goals
● Advise product leadership on prioritisation to maximise revenue impact
● Translate technical capabilities into business value propositions
● Hands-on QA Automation
● Directly contribute to and develop automated test frameworks, scripts, and Infrastructure
● Personally design and implement critical automated test suites and CI/CD
integrations
● Code review test automation implementations and provide technical guidance
● Establish best practices, tools, and frameworks for automated testing
● Maintain deep technical knowledge of testing tools, languages, and frameworks
● Manual QA Oversight
● Create comprehensive manual test artifacts and documentation
● Design and maintain detailed test case libraries across products and features
● Develop test strategies that effectively balance automated and manual testing approaches
● Perform critical path testing for high-priority features and releases
● Implement test case management solutions and quality metrics tracking

Team Leadership
● Manage cross-functional delivery teams, including developers, QA engineers, and product owners
● Foster a culture of technical excellence and business awareness
● Ensure effective communication between technical and business stakeholders

About you

The ideal candidate will have a track-record in delivering results in a fast-moving business and hence be comfortable with change and uncertainty. Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential to being successful in this role.

Qualification and Technical Expertise:
● 10+ years of experience in software delivery management, product management or related roles
● Proven hands-on experience implementing QA automation frameworks and tools
● Direct experience creating and maintaining test artifacts and test case libraries
● Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and sprint management
● Experience defining and tracking business metrics and KPIs
● Demonstrated ability to influence product roadmaps based on technical insights
● Track record of delivering projects that directly impact revenue
● Technical proficiency in at least one automation language/framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)

Required Skills:
● Experience with modern CI/CD pipelines and test integration
● Background in both QA engineering and delivery management
● Knowledge of data analytics and metric definition
● Experience in revenue optimisation initiatives"
