Bloomreach Engagement is rapidly expanding in APAC, and we’re hiring a Senior Solution Consultant based in Australia to help scale our presence. This is a strategic, high-impact presales role with direct exposure to top brands, key partners, and C-level decision-makers.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Sales for APAC and report directly to the Head of Pre-Sales for EMEA & APAC. From day one, you’ll play a hands-on role in driving strategic deals and defining technical value. Over time, this position is designed to evolve — with the opportunity to shape, lead, and scale a regional presales function as our business grows.

What you’ll do

  • Lead technical discovery, demo strategy, value mapping, and Proofs of Concept for high-value opportunities
  • Translate complex marketing and data challenges into scalable, impactful solutions
  • Own the technical narrative in deals — aligning with marketing, product, IT, and C-level stakeholders
  • Connect Bloomreach capabilities to measurable business outcomes, building a strong value case at every stage of the sales cycle
  • Partner with our Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to accelerate value for our customers
  • Contribute to our regional go-to-market strategy, including tooling, assets, and process optimization
  • Take an active role in building the APAC presales foundation — with the potential to grow into a team leadership position

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in Solution Consulting, Sales Engineering, or Technical Presales roles
  • 3+ years of experience in a MarTech company (e.g. CDP, personalization, CRM, marketing automation, analytics)
  • Deep understanding of SaaS, APIs, customer data architecture, and omnichannel orchestration
  • Confident communicator, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences, including C-level
  • Solid understanding of modern SaaS and marketing sales frameworks (e.g. MEDDPICC, Challenger), as well as proven familiarity with presales methodologies such as Demo2Win, Great Demo!, or similar
  • Hands-on proficiency with HTML, CSS, JS, REST API
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy, consent management and personalization strategies
  • Fluent in English, based in Australia, and willing to travel regionally when needed

  • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and how they can be applied in customer journeys, targeting, content automation and day-to-day work
  • Ability to lead conversations across Marketing, Product, IT, and Executive Leadership — and connect their goals through a unified solution
  • Experience with enterprise-grade MarTech stacks such as Braze, Segment, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
  • Motivation to stay hands-on while progressively stepping into a leadership role as the business scales

Compensation:

  • Restricted Stock Units or Stock Options are granted depending on a team member’s role, seniority, and location.*
