About your role and the team:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Staff Software Engineer to become a valuable member of our Integrations Team within our Engagement product. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining multiple integration solutions that connect various third-party systems and applications. This involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, participating in architecture discussions and decisions, driving the technical roadmap, mentoring other team members, promoting best practices, and improving team processes. The team has full ownership of releases, deployments, and monitoring of its production services, ensuring smooth operation and solving issues.

The team has full ownership of releases, deployments, and monitoring of its production services, ensuring smooth operation and solving issues.
The minimum salary starts from 4500€ gross per month with restricted stock units and other benefits included, and your final salary will depends on your level of experience and skills. You can work in one of our Central Europe offices (Bratislava, Brno, Prague) or from home in Central and Eastern Europe on a full-time basis.

About You
Must have:
● Advanced proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining complex solutions using Python (or Go).
● Professional experience with Go and TypeScript.
● Proficiency in system design.
● Proficiency in cross-functional and cross-team collaboration to discuss requirements, define technical design, and ensure seamless delivery.
● Focus on the quality, scalability, and performance of integration solutions.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
● The ability to work in project teams effectively, be reliable, and communicate clearly.
● A “can-do” attitude
Must have:

● Drive to proactively improve and maintain our team's processes, code, documentation, and quality standards.
● Experience with product development and a customer-oriented mindset.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve development processes and solutions.
● Experience with mentoring and guiding less experienced engineers on the team.
Nice to have:
● Experience with technical leadership.
● Knowledge of Front-end technologies like Angular (or with a similar component-based framework).
● Experience with implementing and maintaining APIs and other integration components.
