Manager, Business Development Representative

Mexico City

Full-time, Mexico City (Hybrid)
Hurry up! We’ve got a dream to build!

BlueConic is the leading Customer Growth Engine, helping brands unlock the full value of their customer data. By combining AI-powered intelligence with real-time activation, BlueConic enables businesses to drive growth, increase retention, and optimize revenue. More than 500 brands including ASICS, Forbes, Heineken, L’Oréal, Mattel, Michelin, Telia Company, and Unilever use BlueConic to create meaningful relationships and drive long-term business impact.

Now, we’re expanding — and setting down roots in Mexico City. This is a huge moment in our growth story, and we’re looking for a Manager to lead and scale our BDR team — someone who’s ready to build, coach, and lead from the front as we open this exciting new chapter.

You won’t just manage a team — you’ll help establish our entire Mexico City office. You’ll work directly with our CRO (also based in CDMX) and collaborate closely with our global Revenue Leadership team, shaping the strategy and culture of our sales development motion.

This is an opportunity to be an entrepreneurial leader inside a scaling SaaS company — someone who loves to inspire performance, drive results, and create a winning culture from the ground up.

In this role, you will:

  • Hire, coach, and lead a high-performing team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs).
  • Partner with our CRO and global revenue leaders to define and execute BlueConic’s pipeline generation strategy.
  • Develop onboarding programs, playbooks, and growth plans that set your team up for success — and scale.
  • Create a culture of excellence, curiosity, accountability, and fun.
  • Dive into data and performance metrics to track results, identify trends, and optimize team performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and sales to align efforts and drive results.
  • Be a foundational leader in our new Mexico City hub — helping to shape not just a team, but a culture and community.

We are looking for someone with the following skills:

  • 3+ years of experience leading a BDR/SDR team, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.
Proven success in hiring, developing, and retaining top sales talent.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset — you love building from scratch and creating systems that scale.
  • A coach-at-heart mentality: you care about developing people and helping them grow.
  • Data-driven and performance-obsessed, with a track record of hitting pipeline goals.
  • A passion for seeing customers win — and for building the engine that starts that journey.
  • Strong collaboration skills; you’re excited to work closely with executive leadership and global peers.
  • Must be based in Mexico City and ready for a hybrid working environment.

Reasons to join us:

  • Help build & support the best martech product ever, period.
  • Take advantage of great opportunities for career advancement within a growing US-based team.
  • Empower big name brands to achieve their marketing goals.
  • Be a part of a growing, remote-first team with a strong US presence and opportunities for collaboration with international colleagues.
  • Thrive in a multi-cultural environment with a values-driven work culture that has been thoughtfully crafted to enable growth and foster inclusion from the very beginning.
